Trending @Capgemini; I got an offer from Capgemini for 8lpa and I got onboarded last week on 29th May. Now I have got another offer with higher package from a different company. I have requested for immediate release from Calgemini. Is there a blacklist policy.

Dont worry . With that high package when you want join Capgemini in future they wont take you they cant pay .
Run away and join the company, dont make mistake like many of us here .

There is no such policy ..you can resign and go . Moreover CG won't give satisfaction increment.

Directly go and join the new company, don't tell the new company about joining Capgemini. Capgemini won't let you go so better abscond.

Just shoot an email and jaaa Simran jaa else you will regret next year ki appraisal ke baad bhi itna package nahi hua. I made a mistake and even after 3 years I am not able to katch that package which I got after joining CG 🥹

I would suggest rather recommend put the papers or resign formally and get relieved harmonically … Don’t leave a dent on your employment record as it may create unforeseen issues in future ….
