I got an offer from Capgemini and Wipro .But Wipro providing 3LPA more.Is it good to start with Wipro ?

Go with Wipro… you can come to capegmini later.. 3 lakhs is important and I assume that you are not settling for Wipro for retirement.. 🙂

Both are same, go for a higher package.

Whoever pays more dude. Wipro and CG both are service based so go for Wipro.

Capgemini is a better in my opinion
