how much is that 20% diff? depends on your tax bracket as well

if youre in the 30% bracket, it hardly makes a difference

although it depends on culture and brand of both companies as well

You will lose your chances of getting back into this company if you want to get back. Other employers will see your resume/bgv and see you've quit soon.

If you desperately need the money, then quit. If you want a career, see how the current place is for a year, learn, improve, prove yourself. Then the next jump you make after 1 year can be at 50%
