I got an offer from Accenture. But did not get the desired location. Will they change the location according to my preference?

If you want to change , you gotta change before joining. Or you have to wait for atleast a year to change to desired location is what I heard. Because I myself is trying to change.

Can we report from any other location apart from base location? I see people reports to diff loc
