You don't need to be important for the project. Should have a lot of leaves . Good relations with project manager. Then you can negotiate early release

I have 41 earned leave, and I think I have a really good relations with all my leads. Not sure about the importance in project part though

Then ask them to release you. Put paper and ask HR that you’re ready for buyout

Hi, I am a Pega Developer.. currently very niche Technology and mostly Banks/insurance/Financial services company hires Pega developer. No tips just be aware what is happening in your Technology and have a solid knowledge of what you do on daily basis.

When ur in project n comes to good relation not matters during exit... All mgrs will behave weird... N say lafoot things.. Top mgmt/hr not accepting early release.. Tried hard.. Not in my hands.. Bla bla...
