Trending @Accenture; I got an offer from a company where they're giving me 10 LPA including VP and here i get 7.5 LPA including VP.

I'm really worried about the new company as though the new company is in business for more than 60 years however not compared to Accenture. Is it a good decision? It might sound like a lame question but I really need someone's advice
