I got an offer from a company i was really interested in 🙏🏻

Joining date is 4 nov but my cousin sister weeding is on 22nov and some really imp events I can't miss. What should i tell to HR how do I convince them to extend my joining period 🥲 Will i lose my offer if i do so? I don't wanna lose this company

It's saturday on 22nd nov, so you work on the 21st and then take a flight in the evening to the destination. Enjoy the function and come back on Monday morning.
Or apply for leave on Friday and leave in the Thursday night after work
