After joining how will be client interview?is it very in depth or basic levels? For me they offered P4 ,for promotion and hike so we need to give any exam?

accenture is definitely better than LTI in terms of work culture. But, 18lpa for L9 is too less. Go for the switch. You can again make a jump in coming time
