I got an email that the retention bonus is merged with personal allowances , which I was supposed to get Aug month , will I get the amount?

After how much time this Retention bonus got merged in to personal allowance? I have completed 3 yrs+ but still I haven't got such mail

So is the merge one from September and will I get the full amount by month end ? , can anyone from July month retention guys pls confirm ?

These retention bonus is mainly for laterals who joined during Covid time

I have also joined 10 years back in August... No such mails for me aswell

I also joined last year August, have not got any email....
