Any outside chance if manager will request to HR ? And after allocation end date will they ask me to serve 90 days or next day will be my last day ?
No 90 days NP no 35 days bench period. Even the ISU heads comes up and request RMG it's not gonna work. You'll probably get 2 weeks or less than that and you need to resign immediately. Don't count on them. Generally within 3 days you'll have your LWD.

Being brutally honest here, your manager is gatekeeping and not telling you the full picture.
Manager and their leaders are given intimation before release or tenure end of an associate. It is upto them to decide to retain or not.
Your manager and his leaders can push and ensure you stay in this project. However, know that this is not a decision from RMG alone. It takes your manager and the leaders, plus HR, and then RMG to finalise this.
Regarding if you are getting fired or not. No comments cause alot of projects have been asked to downsize so you may be getting released as part of that.
Actually the project is fixed billing and almost 21 people is having the same last date what my manager told is i got to know when I was trying to increase the allocation it didn't allow me to do for others I was able to but for you it says blocked by HR .He told me he will get the details from HR till friday and try to see if he can pull back my name
Your manager is madarch*** here. He only has given your name in the fluidity list and now behaves like he doesn't know anything. All managers have been instructed to downsize their team by 10% and unfortunately you are coming in those 10% . The reason could be anything such as your inflated CTC, performance, non-compliance to WFO or your manager simply do not like you.
