I got an AI Engineer Role in TCS as a Fresher but I'm still confused...

I recently joined TCS(first company) as a SE and I got myself into an AI role, though i am really happy about it.

The project is really good, the manager is also a very nice guy, flexi hrs, and the work is actually related to ML, DL, and Gen AI.

But what I saw recently about this band vs real hike I am a bit unsure whether I should get too involved in this or prepare for a switch in the long run
