I got allocated into worst project what happens if I don't report there will i get un allocated or what will be the circumstances

Nothing will happen don't worry
If you will not respond them for for 2-3 month then they may release you from that project
I also heard the will block Ultimatix and then salary won't come for those months then you will get calls from hr that some kind of disciplinary actions will be taken
If it would be so easy then no one would be working... Obviously they will take some action after some days.. hr communications will come at last he will have to show some cause for not reporting on past days
I am in a similar situation where rmg is not allowing release though project is ready for it ... Went through mail chain but still not allowing release
