Trending @Accenture; I got a zero hike and no promotion after 3.5 years service at Accenture. Being the highest MAL , leadership ignored me. Decided to resign !
I joined Accenture in 2021 December. Changed 3 accounts. Having the highest MAL (80) . Even when my name is put up for promotion, I’m not being promoted. I’m planning to resign without having an offer in hand because notice period is 3 months and I will surely get an offer by end of NP.
My salary is 17CTC and 9.5 years experience. Don’t want to die as senior analyst.
Any idea how are openings for business analyst roles in Hyderabad ? Please post some ideas to exit strategically .
Resign bro. You'll have 3 months to get a job. That's a lot of time. Plus people on notice period are always preferred. Market is never bad. There are always opportunities. Only weak and under confident p*ssies say market is bad

Your CTC is wayyy above average CTC of L10 guys.
You are on “Top of the market” for your level.. there are several TLs who are just at 15L etc… ACC is shthole

Start looking for opportunities seriously... Even if you get a promotion it will not be worth waiting..
