I got a tentative offer from ibm isdl benglore location
My current ctc pune location - 34 lpa base +$ 14000 RSU
Offer amount ctc benglore location: 48 lpa base + 8 joining bonus (over 2 year) + variable (10% of base )
My experience is 10 years , is it good for the Bengaluru location as a backend developer ? How can we ask to include RSU?
