My friend got 1 rating after 1 month of rating they released him and gave his name in pip. In pip they will find any way to terminate you. They gave him 5 projects in 1 month to build from scratch, and he delivered. But still he was terminated because they find cheap ways to terminate.
But now they released me into PDP not into PIP. is there any chance to terminate?
You will have a kind of interview or task given from the pdp team if they are satisfied with that you may stay until your ageing is completed else they will fire you if they are not satisfied
No details about consequences but you have 2 option 1. Better make a jump 2. Try to get into new project and prove yourself.... Option 1 is better or may b the only option
First and foremost, simply assess and better yourself as well. Find out why you received a single rating, what issues you encountered and how you resolved them, and what needs improvement. One rating indicates that something went wrong on your end as well, but I'm not blaming you alone. Make improvements, seek out new chances, and perform better. Don't remain here with only one rating.
