You might have got around 10% hike with the promotion. But don't expect hike for rating 2, if you get you are the luckiest in CG. Rating is just a number, doesn't mean that you get hike. they will have many reasons for not giving hike 😕

Congratulations. I have been billable through out the year and trying to get the promotion, discussed with manager for the same , but no luck. Can you suggest some pointers to get promotion that you also followed or things to keep in mind to get promotion ??

If u got any hike with promotion then you will hardly get anything in this appraisal
