It doesn’t work like that there are policy in place .. In a year 1 movement happens like progression / promotion / IJP / Bridge .
But still you want to pursue then be part of platinum club they provide some relaxation for movements say a job profile required 18 months maturity then if you are part of platinum club member then for that opening it would be considered 12 months maturity for you , 6 months will be waived off . To be eligible for platinum club, if jl3 1 outstanding rating and DQ score in top 10% , so the nomination comes from unit. If Jl 4 , 2 outstanding ratings and DQ in top 10%.
Other than that there might be exceptions like recommendations coming from manager /DM for promotion.. but there might be few people.. you need to validate ..!🙂
