I got a new offer and they asked me join within 30days. Is there any possibility of buying out notice period. I'm working for a apple client BTW.

1. You sign the confirmation letter and agree to their joining date or negotiate the date.
2. Use this offer and attend other interviews to get other offers. Tell the recruiterd you are serving notice and you have offersRemember this is the only time you can raise your salary

How should we try medical thing when we are in project

The best if like medical thing or you can take release rmg will throw you out asap

Yes buy out clause, tell the HR i want to buy out and then HR will say they will write you didn't comply and write bad on release letter also tell this to your recruiter so that they will be aware what is going to be and they won't have any problem with it

If recruiter agrees then go for buyout otherwise other option is tell them you are leaving for further studies and in that case you have to show documents
