These days HCL terminating the associates very silently.. They raise Fake PIP and pressure associates to resign.. don’t expect +ve things from this company..

it must be epb. Yes, they pay as per your ratings. For EP, its 80% payout and for DP its 90% ig. its not increment letter, you'll see increment letter in My compensation portal.
