Trending @Capgemini; I got a HRNotification email, disciplinary committee proceedings. I'm scared, I am working from home. Please suggest.

Till last year I have approval to continue wfh. And I got approval for working from near by CG office instead of base location. But in between this 4-5 months I was working from home. For that I got pdf and email notice. My team members, manager, supervisor all are from outside india. What to do?? Please suggest. I got this email in both company and personal gmail Id.

Can you tell what's written in the mail? And were you receiving warning mails previously?

They sent a NOE (notice of enquiry) and a meeting has been scheduled on April 1st with the disciplinary committee.

Hi @ImpureYourself yes, it's done. Gave me a warning to be no more non-compliant. That's it 😄 I was taking stress for no reason. 😅

I don’t understand how this system works. Some employees have been working from home for months without receiving any warnings, and no one seems to be tracking them. Meanwhile, others are being closely monitored and receiving warning messages. It feels inconsistent.
