Again I received a warning email

I've been cc'd into one, as my reportee isn't visiting at base location, but following visits into his hometown weekly. Exception I'd approved, but hr and pl just ignored, what would happen then? What to do?
Three warning mails lead to termination, so please be careful and attend your base location only
@Savage what does the warning mail states ? What I am assuming is you must not have worked from your base location office? Also confirm whether the attendance has been marked for the visits you made.
If that's not the case, then immediately reach out to HR and get it recrified.

You can simply reply to the email with the attendance email you received last Wednesday or Thursday
Connect with HR and tell him. Don't just wait and sit around. Another warning mail can be problematic.
See, if u don't visit office for even a single week then u will be receiving warning mail. That's the process.
