I got 4.76 IPF, I'm hoping for A band.

For grade C2, if I get A band, what % of the hike I can expect? I recently got retained also, so wanted to know if they will reduce my band though I got 4.76 IPF?

My manager always says A+ band depends on the unit's budget and HR hardly ever disclose they have budget

Btw you guys are getting 4.76 ratings, my delivery partner said for A band keep IPF above 4.2, for B bands keep between 3.9 and 4.2 and For C keep below 3.9

I got retained recently with a 60% hike, so I doubt even if my manager proposes A+ I will get A or B only (depending on HR)

Simple context, TCS doesn't give ratings above 4.5 easily. Except they are trying to convince management and candidate or no increment is liked to appraisal
