I got 4.7% hike, what should I do?

I have been working with TCS for 2 and half years now. I had 4 years experience when I joined, now I have around 6+ years of experience. I had no hike since then. I am System Engineer and currently in a developer role. My performance has been good and currently working on new process improvements for my role. Should I be satisfied with this hike? I am not sure what are my options here?

My situation is somewhat similar but not the same.. and I too have around 5 ctc n just received a hike of 4.5%. So ... Well ....

Coming to your questions, should you be satisfied?
I don't think anyone is satisfied with a hike of 4.7 %

About your options, decide on what you want for yourself.. are you actually happy with the work you are doing and still want to gain some experience/knowledge in the same thing.. stay and do it but increase your pace.
If you are utterly disappointed and want something better ASAP.. suggest you to upskill and leave.
If you want to still stay for whatever reason, (no judgement) , then try to increase your ctc with Wings programs or try asking to nominate for promotion. If this is something you want right now. But easy way out is switching.. that's for sure

Bhai leave the company. The company gives lowest market pay, slowest career growth, toxic work culture and no job security.

Try to switch as many as you can before 10 years to get good salary..after 10 years it will be difficult for getting calls itself
