I got 4.66 rating. Is there any possibility that I get B band and not an A?

Nothing to do with your rating, the bands are totally dependent on your higher management. I have my colleagues who got 4.5+ but ended up with C grade.

Yes, right, but this was in the past, this won't happen this time, HR's have given below guidelines to all the projects : Above 4.3 -A 3.8-4.3 - B Below 3.8- C

3.7 A 4.5 B and 4.4 C. This i have seen wirh lot of and personal as well. So rating is shit. 4.8 is also not safe.

4.3 and Above sure shot A..policies have changed this time..only exception people are given 4.3 and above..so don't worry!

As far as I know bands and IPF aren't related ... That's based on personal experience where a certain IPF got me higher bands , after being released with an all time high IPF I was still given " C " so this confirms its project management call and no HR policy or rules are applicable
