I got 4.45, which band I can get?

Damn true IPF & Banding are not related.... Personal experience the same or less IPF which got me "A" for 5-6 years continuously turned To " C " even with higher IPF when I just got released in the same month as appraisals.

Always remember rating ≠ band , even if anyone says that don't believe it. Ur band is depended on the opinion ur manager has on u and the amount of work ur showcase him.
