I got 4.3 rating in First Year Anniversary appraisal,how much salary hike i will get.

Got selected as Digital, Current CTC : 7.17 LPA

Please tell me hike % as well as the amount.

No hikes for FA since 2022.

Your n xt hike will be in annual appraisal. That would ideally be effective from April 2025
