From my experience, if you are a critical resource then they will keep the promise. I got promoted within 1.5 years in TCS.

Jump don't stay. Heard this scam and saw a close friend experience it. See it takes 5-6 months to get onsite things sorted and ready unless it's an absolute emergency. They promise this but later will kick you out from the project or find a replacement for you or worse case gaslight you into believing due to major issues your onsite won't work or all of the above as well they will make you train someone, won't give you onsite, then kick you out to replace you.

Second, how long do you think onsite will last ? 2 years maximum. What about after that ? EU is a very expensive place. Most of your money will go for paying the taxes. Then if you have family and kids more money there. Finally you are left will savings that would be barely enough for emergency. Don't get fooled on the Onsite bull crap.

You got 30 LPA which makes you in the top 2% of India. Not kidding you can check it out. Plus 8% VP. You can leverage it and get a better job at Netherlands if you really want to go to Netherlands but don't screw up current offer for Netherlands. Remember staying abroad is no longer easy and at any moment you can get kicked back to India. Then you shouldn't regret it.

Last, getting an offer like this during troubled market times highlight you are highly skilled. Which you may never get again with how uncertain things are. My suggestion would be to take this offer and then later jump with a better package to any country you choose. Avoid staying back some place that made you quit in the first place.

Ask your manager to match the offer + Netherlands. If you are really important something should be done, else leave.

I have some experience of living in Netherlands its a good country to live in but very expensive if you are going with family and have children schools teach in dutch language, international schools are expensive in every corner of city mariuana is freely available i did not like kids being around this though sale is restricted smell is there in every market in city secondly tcs managers are shady do not trust them i would say accept amazon offer and move on go onsite on holiday with your own money

Fully remote and you still thinking? Fight with your manager to get an early release.
