It’s don’t depend on ipf it’s depend on project and your performance max B

Band depends on other factors as well like team curve and ur current grade

Band and Rating are different, I saw people with under 4 rating and band A, B and its totally depends on your manager. If you pay is effecting with pay, check with your manager.
