Trending @Accenture; I got 10% hike as an ASE

I got P4 in 4 different skills ,2 certification on cloud and my performance on project was good leadership recognised me also got ACE Award. Recently I give poc to client which was accepted by them. Im in level 12 completed 1 year on October but got only 10% hike and 10% variable pay. Is there any chance that i get promotion in next cycle i have also cleared techleap
