Trending @HCL; I gonna complete my 1 year in hcl as a fresher coming straight out of clg, Till now I'm not assigned in project
As I mentioned I'm working as a non contracted shadow support for one project, how long I need to wait to get into a project will they assign me into different project or they keep me as a support till 18 mnths nd release me into bench??

No, you should write an email with your HR otherwise, they might raise concerns against you.If that happens, they could keep you idle for 18 months and then assign you to a bench project.Since you wouldn’t have gained any new skills during this period, securing a new project could become difficult. Eventually, HR may ask you to resign.
