I get mails/messages from recruiters asking for timeslot to schedule a call for initial discussion/interview. But getting ghosted later.
I have got recruiter mails and LinkedIn Inmails from Amazon, Google, Microsoft etc in the past 3-4 months asking for a suitable timeslot to have an initial discussion regarding a job opening or to schedule the first round of an interview
But once I share my available timeslots , they never reply back even after multiple follow ups and I get ghosted. This happened not just once or twice but always to me.
Would like to know from you guys what might be the reason and how long it took for you to get a reply after sharing timeslots from your company.

Similar kind of happened with me, they reached out & I cleared the 1st round Then they ghosted me for a week saying position is not available And again called me for another location and same thing
