Trending @Infosys; I forgot to turn on Database setting and due to that my team got 1 p2 incident will this effect my rating ?

Nowdays they just need a simple reason to no reason to give poor rating. Our developer did one minor mistake which was not even visible to client. It was reverted without any issue. But was known to manager. But all the developer lead , product owner who got outstanding from architect, got forced to revert it back to met expectation and the guy who did the mistake was handed over NI.
