I foresee huge amount of Attrition if hikes are deferred. Maybe, leadership wants to reduce the employee count. Thats why doing this. 🤔🤔

If they would have applied strategy for bringing revenue and more sales, they wouldn't have wasted all such energy on retaining and salary calculation
