I first time switched company and now.

Hi all,

I switched company for first time in my career after 5.5 year. And later I joined another organisation fast forward 10 months I am on bench and I have to look for more opportunities as company asked to look for another project or resign after 40 days. Issues I am facing with switching again.

1. Since my last search for jobs my entery exists in many companies job portal and then consultant reject me as they don't get any commission.

2. Since it's not been 1 year in current company other companies are saying we can't increase your package.

3. I have not officially resigned that also causing issues.

If anyone have been through same or have any suggestions for next steps kindly help.
