Trending @Accenture; I finally resigned without an offer !!
Yes, I resigned without having another offer in hand. I joined in September 2024 and completed training in Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot by the third week of December 2024. After that, I was on the bench starting April 2025 and kept hoping to get a Java-related project but I wasn't getting any. By June, I decided to accept any technical project that came my way and was eventually staffed on a OneStream project in August. I completed multiple trainings for OneStream and genuinely tried to give it a fair chance, but I realized that this technology is very different from the kind of software engineering work I want to build my career in. I’ve always been interested in creating software and working with development technologies, and this role started to feel like a mismatch for my long-term goals.
The shift timing was 1 PM to 10 PM (often stretching to 11 or 11:30 PM), and by the end of the day I felt too exhausted to focus on preparing for the career direction I truly want. Over time, it became clear that staying would only delay my transition.
I also received a few recruiter calls, but conversations usually stopped once they learned about the 90-day notice period. After thinking carefully about my goals and priorities, I decided it was the right time to move on.
I’m happy with the decision and hopeful. about the future. Let's see what happens🤞

Can you please let me know how to do the resignation?
I mean what are the steps to do? Resignation mail and any other steps involved? It would be helpful.
