Trending @Infosys; I feel stressed out due to Infosys mismanagement. What should I do? Is there any platform to raise issue?
I am working from client still Infosys internal management pulling me directly in project estimation, staffing and POC work. It’s impacting my focus, health, personal life and performance. Please help me to get out from this situation.
Keep asking manager which is the priority and what is the deadline. Put forward your current backlog or task that is nearing deadline and ask your manager to share a resource with you to make it possible.
If they are not willing to provide extra resource for client work, then collate all that you squeezed in the last month and show it as proof that you are overloaded.
Working for client is “met expectations “ . If you want to move higher up then you have to do more than that. It should be as per your goal setting in your appraisal cycle
