Trending @Accenture; I feel so done with Accenture. I’m getting more frustrated day by day-no hikes, no promotion for the past two years.
For me it's been more 3.7 years
I think there is no but to look roles outside Accenture and then move on from Accenture because we cannot expect good result this Dec as well. It’s better to move on
It's still better for people who joined as laterals, atleast they got good hike while switching, those who joined from fresher, Accenture really destroyed their dillusion of Accenture better than tcs, infosys....
I agree bro, that thought was delusional.This organization has ruined the career of freshers. None of my teammates have professionalism, some even travel every week during weekdays , for weekly office presence. No daily standups, no equal work distribution. It's really worse.
I’ve only been here for 1 year and I already hate the politics and utter disrespect at times wrt to micro management
