Trending @Accenture; I feel overworked 😖
every day I login, I see all the tickets have been assigned to me by one of my colleagues. It feels as if she's being paid to do this only~ assigning tickets to me.
on days, it feels a bit frustrating. that employee is here only to collect salary and shift allowance (in which she's not available half of the time!?!?) and I work my ass off till late night only to get more tickets next day?

Ask for an incident manager, I mean a person should be there to dedicatedly assign incidents based on availability of the engineers that too equally, so that work load are distributed equally. If it is still a lot that means, your team requires additional resources. Definitely put this in a polite way in your weekly/daily meeting, you will not only be recognised as responsible individual but also a good team member who thinks about the improvement of your teams work. Who knows there might be others who feel the same as you do and you are the one bringing it on the table.

We have a TL with us in the team, 3 of us are there. And the TL assigns it equally or at times depending upon the knowledge but this colleague, since she logins at a time when the other 2 are not present, she assigns almost all the tickets to me.

Yesterday she did the same, reassigned her tickets to me, I msgd my TL regarding this that it's overwhelming for me now. He said that he will talk to her tomorrow. And assigned those tickets to himself. :/

Inform them one who accepts the ticket should be working on it, and ticket should not be assigned by any engineer to anyone without requesting.
And the one who has the ticket assigned has to work on those ticket and based on that ticket should be analysed and should be decided who work more, fast, and update tickets with right update

Write them email, and documnet it and you can bring you hr if you do not find team lead and you manager as neutral so that neutral party is being involved and you won't be tricked with excuse.
Do not join discussion call until you comfortable and believe manger/tl will remain neutral if you feel it inform same and drop the conversation until your hr present on such calls.

Take 2 to 3 days leave randomly. See that colleagues action on those tickets.
Is that colleague as same as your level??
Try to make a list of tickets you are working , update it in excel or somewhere and inform that you're updating/tracking evrything to the manager that he can verify (in personal chat)
This would definitely

Update all the tickets in the excel and update who managed it in a column, this is definitely catch your manager's eyes.

Should I point this out in the daily call?

Of course you should. Let them know that you are being given more work than usual and discuss with TL in a way to ask as if everyone in the team has an equal amount of work.
