I feel like I'm Trapped!!

For a month or two ,I'm trying to leave tcs for better opportunities but as I got allocated to a project which Is hectic in nature I couldn't find a way to leave. For a 7 year experience I'm earning less than what i sould earn. I'm frustrated and feeling like escaping because of the pressure od deadlines. I don't know what yo do. Time is ticking and I couldn't find any gap to unskilled myself.
