Trending @Infosys; I feel I'm Underpaid/exploited?..
Even after 6.5 years in Infosys, actively working as a lead role in the project. I'm still in JL4 and in 6.3 LPA. Please share some solutions.
Switch now or suffer like me...
I have 11yoe , heavily under paid. When I try to switch and ask for a good hike... They mention it's not possible.
So basically I am stuck, and will have to switch on lower pay again.
God knows when this will be over... And I will get into an actual bracket 😔
Exploited I won't tell. Working in lead role will surely benefit you and dont think as exploitation. You are in comfort zone and not in mode of switch that's actually dangerous !!
But the role should be compensated according to the work load as well? Right?
Yes that right but if it's not happening tell your manager I can't handle these things for the current role and salary. You can ask him for promotion. When people started to learn NO then only then get something else you will be exploited.
