I feel I am stuck in my career

I’m currently looking for opportunities in Bangalore that align with my experience in the manufacturing/steel domain, but I’ve been finding it surprisingly difficult to land the right role in this location. Most of the relevant openings for my profile seem to be outside the city. The major issue is my package is decent for a Mechanical Engineer and the role is Managerial(for 2.5 years experience) which is making it difficult to get even an interview. If anyone were in the same situation as me please do guide me. If anyone here is hiring or can refer me to roles related to process, quality, operations, or SAP PP/MM with a manufacturing background, I’d genuinely appreciate the support. The reason why i am looking for a job in Bangalore is because it is my home town.
