I want to be released because I don't like the work environment and I am not learning anything in this project. Please can anyone assist me on how I can get a release from the project and I haven't completed 18 months yet.
There's no such minimum time for release. It's a hoax that we can't ask for release. Ask for release citing you are not happy with the work assignment and don't see yourself growing in the project. And, also start looking outside. Keep your options open.
@Chenny Unfortunately your PM may not release you as you are billable and junior. I will suggest you to look out for job outside. Only outside job will get you out off this mess.
