Trending @Capgemini; I don't like development. What to do?

I'm in Java Development. Grade A5.

But I don't like the development specifically the overwork during the production deployment and providing support to support guys.

I'm thinking of switching to SAP Functional / Salesforce. Does SAP Consultant also need to do overwork without any rewards, or Over Time allowances?

What other good options available in the IT Sector which have less work pressure than Full Stack Development.

Better to do a PMO role, if you are not interested in development. Although overwork is happening in every role today. Harsh reality
