I joined accenture last october and i dont have any casual leaves. Only the earned and sick leaves are available to me

Is that the same for everyone? Whats the criteria for casual leaves ?

I will also join as an AEH analyst, this year. You joined in Oct, on linkedin, I see that some join in June, some in July etc. As we have not been give any tentative day of joining, can you please tell based on your experience, what can tentative months be? Asking just out of curiosity.
