I don’t understand why TCS says NO 1 ranked IT companies in India there is many more .. good management to make fool there employees

Actually see they are manipulating us. They are saying that this quarter performance is not good and we need to think about hike. But the fact is they are not in loss. They got 12k crores profit but compared to last quarter it's 1.6 % less. This means they are not in loss literally and this is quarter performance right then no hike, other quarters they got good profit right. We are not getting quarterly hikes to say that this quarter performance is not good and no hike. It's a year hike right. Just for one quarters low performance you can't reject whole years hike. And if you observe since they are calling 5 days office their profit declined.
