I doesn't have a proper project Experience

Hi Friends, I was working for past 2.5 yrs in wipro. I know languages like sql, power bi, python. But after joining wipro they allocated me in c++ skill and also they didn't allocated me in proper technical project until 1st yr. In the second year i went into bench then after 3 mnths HR called me and told if i not got any project LOP will be initiated. So i searched for even non technical opportunity and got one, finally i was working in technical support shift basis.

Now I want to switch company with my old skills but i not having proper handson in projects. How can I get handson and can crack the interview. And also how I can explain the experience without any work. Please suggest me.
