Trending @Wipro; I do get projects but i haven't written a single line of code
Hi, I am an elite recruit in wipro. I have been there for 2 years, i do get projects from time to time but they never give any work. It's been 2 years and i haven't written a single line of code. They provide KTs and then they just ghost. Everybody just jokes around that it's so sad what's happening to you but they never help. What should I do?
Do coding through TopGear or contribute to open source projects. Don't depend on company only to take care of your career....they don't care.

Unfortunately most of my fellow friends who joined along with me are facing this same issue. They are inside a project and there’s absolutely no work to do nor any person would actually contact them for work. I don’t understand why would they even take people into projects in the first place if they can’t assign any work?
My suggestion for you is to better you stay in that billable position itself and try to do certifications on Azure,AWS, or Google which ever interest you as many as possible as you’re having some free time now. Do some handson and all, so that you won’t be questioned if you wanna switch. All the best 👍
Many people face this issue. I would suggest to find ways to upskoll yourself, through online courses and move to different company
