I do everything "right" and feel I'm at zero

I am a Frontend Developer with 3 years of strong experience, having worked on impactful projects and consistently delivered solid results. I keep learning, improving my skills, and staying aligned with modern frontend practices.

For the past 6 months, I’ve been rigorously applying for frontend roles, hundreds of applications, tailored resumes for every job (80+ ATS score), applied via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and company portals yet most applications ended in rejections or silence.

What’s been especially tough is clearing first coding rounds with 100% test cases passed, only to be rejected later. Some of these roles genuinely felt like ghost openings.

I took a short break due to burnout, came back stronger, but I’m still hitting a wall. I’m confident in my interview skills the real challenge right now is getting noticed.

With a 3-month notice period and family responsibilities, resigning without an offer isn’t an option.

I'd really appreciate advice on improving visibility. I've seen many people switching jobs while I'm figuring out what I'm doing wrong here. I want to get noticed and I want your inputs.

Even a comment or reshare could help. Thank you 🙏

If you have money problem, then you can do start upwork, and in the mean time prepare and apply as much as you can.

Just keep trying you will soon get opportunity... try adding new skills in demand to your skill section on naukri, be early to apply on relevant job posting(set an alert).
