Trending @Infosys; I dint understand what is wrong with the HR's. I had an accident while I was going to office on 13th Jan. Two bones got dislocated in elbow.

Just now had a discussion with HR. He is asking me to take LOP or come to office daily.

HRs are the worst parasites of all kind

They never reply. Raise WFH exception from infyme

Attach proofs to hello doctor and loop manager and HR

If doctor is ok, HR can't deny WFH and if they don't respond even then, escalate to one or two level above your HR. They will beg to take back the escalation

1 bone got fractured. Surgery was performed on my right elbow with 27 stitches. I am on bench. I have asked the HR to provide WFH facility for few months. I did not get any reply from them. Continuously keep asking them to provide WFH facility. No proper response at all. Pinged them, mailed them with x-ray and photo copies assell. Still no proper response e from them.

Has anyone faced the same issue with the HR's???
