Trending @Accenture; I didn't recived any VP with my salary and can’t see any in the rewards portal, people lead didn't informed me either for this any idea?

Today is the salary day but I didn't recived and VP and in rewards portal it's not reflecting only showing for june. My lead didn't informed me about this also. Could anyone please tell me what can be the reason?
